Daffodil International University

Daffodil International University (DIU) is a top university in Bangladesh known for its green efforts and global partnerships. It recently ranked first in Bangladesh in the THE World University Rankings 2025. Founded in 2002, it has a campus that spans around 150 acres, has more than 22,000 students across six different faculties and 28 departments, around 900 teachers, and 200 international students from various countries. The university offers many facilities, including the country's largest, library, sports areas, labs, research centers and more.


DIU also has programs that allow students and teachers to study or teach at partner universities around the world. DIU Office of International Affairs has facilitated semester exchange programs, offering tuition-free courses at partner universities worldwide for students and faculties globally, including participation in programs and scholarships like ERASMUS+, Mevlana, GKS, LSS, and MEXT. DIU established international collaborations with around 600+ universities all over the world and members of leading international organizations like AUPF, IIE, IAU, IAUP, AUAP, ACU, ALA, ACD, Magna Charta, UNAI, APAIE, EURAS, ESRUC, IEEE, ISTQB, ACE, NAFSA, EAIE, ATIFTAF, ITU, etc.
