• Provide think-tank support for the development of our sister cities

• Build a multilateral platform for friendly exchanges and cooperation among scholars of our sister-city universities

• Provide college students with more opportunities for international understanding, learning and exchanges

• Create opportunities among our sister-city universities which facilitate credit recognition and transfer, strengthening interdisciplinary 

curriculum exchanges and promote joint training efforts.


Task Forces


• Joint Research Task Force – responsible for identifying and recommending specific research areas based upon areas of greatest 

mutual interest

• Entrepreneurship Task Force – responsible for identifying and recommending specific youth entrepreneurial programs of greatest 

mutual interest

• Collaborative Agreements Task Force – responsible for identifying and recommending various articulation and faculty and student 

exchange agreements of greatest mutual interest

• Public Relations and Communication Task Force – responsible for identifying and recommending how each of our members and 

the Alliance can best publicize our work locally and internationally
